Perishable Items

We guarantee our crawfish to be live on delivery or your money back. Please inspect all orders upon delivery and contact us right away if you notice a problem.

Non-perishable items

Non-perishable items, including all cooking equipment, may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The products must be unused and in original packaging. Products found to be defective will be considered according to the manufacturer's specifications. We accept only merchandise that has been purchased from our web sites.

Refunds will be issued for the amount of the product only. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. IF YOU RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING and you are returning the product, you will not receive a full refund. We will credit the price of the item minus the actual shipping.
