This perforated aluminum skimmer will remove food easily from hot grease or boiling water. The aluminum skimmer differs from Bayou Classic's mesh skimmers by the size of the skimmer's holes and the separation of the holes. This skimmer is easier to clean, however the small and medium mesh skimmers are stronger. This perforated aluminum skimmer measures 24" length x 6" width.
