Our mission is to spread the bayou tradition. That's why every year during crawfish season, we ship the freshest Live Crawfish straight from our farms in southern Louisiana, right to your doorstep the next day.

We take extra steps to make sure you receive the freshest, live crawfish straight from our farms in Vermilion, St. Martin and Evangeline parishes, where the big ones grow. Our crawfish are fished and shipped the same day to insure the utmost quality product arrives promptly.

We only ship Select (Large) Crawfish, which are cleaned, graded and delivered in custom styrofoam coolers with gel packs to insure that your crawfish arrive in excellent condition. This shipping procedure guarantees a "live delivery" between 10am and 12pm via UPS PRIORITY OVERNIGHT.

We guarantee all LIVE CRAWFISH shipments, otherwise you'll be refunded.
