Hi "Y'all", Bein' from the north, we were not at all familiar with a crawfish boil--but it turned out GREAT !!! It was SUPER easy to order on-line, and although my son and I had a back-up plan in case they didn't arrive on time--they showed up as promised and had very good directions and seasoning. We think we may make it an annual event. We had about 35 people, and had a LOT leftover. We went ahead and boiled the leftover ones, pulled off the heads and shells, and plan to have them tonight a la Scampi-style with pasta. We used 2 turkey fryers, and did batches throughout the afternoon and night. In addition to the usual potatoes, onions, garlic, fresh mushroom, sausage, and corn-on-the-cob--we threw in whole fresh artichokes which were fabulous. My husband used his fishing net to get the food out of the fryers !

Next year I will put out rolls of paper towels, and moistened towelletes. Food and prep-wise, this was the easiest party I ever threw!!!!

Do you have any comments you’d like to add?: I hope to have 2 crawfish boils a year at the bar and grill that we own. Being in Kansas City it is a bit of an oddity, but we like it, and a lot of our customers that had never eaten crawfish loved it too. Nothin better that zydeco and crawfish, (except maybe good KC BBQ and blues of course). I'd say it's a close toss up.

What was your main concern about buying this product?: That they would arrive on time, and in good condition.
What did you find as a result of buying this product?: No need to worry. I ordered on Friday about 10AM, they were at the house on Saturday by 1PM! Out of 15lbs, maybe 10 craw fish were discarded.

The delivery truck was late, and I was worried about not getting the order, since this was a graduation party and I never ordered from Crawfish.com before, so I emailed a inquiry. Within 10 MINUTES someone called me on my cell phone to apologize for it being late and wanting to know what they could do correct the issue. When the truck pulled up... like 10 minutes later... I knew I had over reacted, but it was GREAT to see this kind of customer service on a SATURDAY no less. Great job.
