The Bayou Classic High Pressure Propane Jet Burner includes a flame spreader, unlike their competitor's burners. Use the flame spreader on the jet burner in the closed position for pan frying or steaming. Use the flame spreader on the jet burner in the open position for deep fryer or boiling. The Bayou Classic High Pressure Propane Jet Burner can be used with small and large stock pots. The Bayou Classic High Pressure Propane Jet Burner measures 12 inches tall. The cooking surface measures 14 inches in diameter. It includes a 10 PSI regulator with Brass control valve. The hose on the regulator kit measures 48 inches long.
