1. Do you really ship LIVE Crawfish?

Yes! In Season, we ship Live SELECT size Louisiana home-grown crawfish all across the lower 48. (read more: About Our Crawfish) And they're some of the best tasting mudbugs you've ever seen, I gar-on-tee!
We only ship Crawfish using UPS Priority Overnight delivery … Right to your door! That's the only way we can make sure they'll be alive when you get 'em.

2. But what if they're dead?

While we do our best, some of the Crawfish may die in transit. You'll want to discard any dead Crawfish as they are not safe to cook at that point. However, it is most likely that you will receive 100% ALIVE Crawfish.
If there should be a problem, and more than just a few of your Crawfish are dead, please, contact us immediately!

3. What exactly am I paying for?

When you buy our LIVE Crawfish, you are paying for the Crawfish AND enough seasoning for the whole bunch of 'em. (read more: Crawfish Pricing) You don't have to pay Shipping, unless you schedule Saturday delivery, at which point there's a $15 surcharge per carton. You will see the option on the Checkout Page. Just sit back and relax. We deliver the Bayou to You! It's guaranteed to be the best Crawfish Boil you've ever thrown, as long as you use Louisiana's home-grown.

4. What if I've never had a Crawfish Boil before?

Then you're definitely in the right place! We're the pros, and we're happy to share our knowledge and experience. (read more: How to Boil Crawfish) We'll show you how to get the right gear AND how to use it!

5. Does the gear really make a difference?

Absolutely! You can either do all the work, or have the gear do the work for you. It's as simple as that.

6. How much is shipping?

All orders over $29.99 ship for FREE! The only exception is Saturday delivery of LIVE Crawfish which is a $15 charge per carton.

7. What if my Boil is for a Saturday?

The cut-off to order your Saturday delivery of Crawfish is 12 Noon on Friday. If we are in stock, we can make it happen!
All other items are NOT available for Saturday delivery. (read more: Shipping)

8. How do I make sure that I can feed everybody?

Go check out our Articles Section. There's plenty of guides to show you: how big of a pot you'll need, for how many crawfish, and what size burner you'd need to do it with.
If you can dedicate a little time to reading, we can teach you EVERYTHING you need to know about cooking like a true Cajun! We even have some recipes you're sure to like in our Recipes Section.

9. What else do you have beside Crawfish Cooking Gear?

10. What if I don't know how to use that stuff?

We have plenty of resources for you in our Articles Section. Or, you can ask, answer, read, and interact with Professional Chefs as well as other amateurs in our Community Section.

11. Before I order, how do I know your site's secure?

When you visit a secure site, your browser changes the URL to https://. Secure sites have SSL encryption that protects any information that is passed though it. Our entire Checkout Process utilizes SSL Encryption Security measures. (read more: Security)

12. What if I need to return something?

If a return is necessary, we try to make it as easy as possible for the customer. Please review our Return Policy prior to ordering.

13. Ok, soo, I've got all this Crawfish leftover ... um, any ideas?

You'd better believe it! We have some Authentic Cajun Crawfish recipes over in our Recipes Section. Feel free to have a look around and print out any recipe right from its page.

14. Is there anything you don't do?

• We don't ship Internationally.
• We don't sell pre-cooked Crawfish or Crawfish tails.
• And, we don't do clean-up!
