- Orders over $29.99 are eligible for Free Shipping. For all non-perishable items under 150 lbs., we ship UPS Ground. For non-perishables over 150lbs., we ship Averitt Pro Express. Any item over 150 lbs. will not qualify for Free Shipping, as it is a freight item. If you are ordering multiple items with 1 or more freight item, please contact us for pricing. For Live Crawfish, we ship UPS Priority Overnight. This guarantees your order of Crawfish by 12 Noon on the day you desire. Crawfish orders under 100 lbs. are eligible for Free Shipping.

- Returning or Replacing an item is very easy if you can follow our Return Guidelines. Please note that there are time restrictions that must be kept in order to receive a full refund. - Ordering from Crawfish.com is easy. Simply place the item you are interested in into the cart by clicking the Add to Cart button. If you already have items in your cart, you can get to your cart by clicking the Cart link at the top of any page. All of the pages involved in our checkout process are secured by SSL encryption. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All payments are due at time of sale. Any Special or Promotional Pricing is only valid for the dates specified. If you return to our site and the special pricing has ended, you cannot purchase the item at the promotional price. We apologize, but hope that you understand. While we do our best to stay competitive, we do not offer price-matching. However, if you find the same item elsewhere for less, please email us before you purchase and a salesman will contact you.
- Viewing Orders
- To view your past orders, you must be a current member of Crawfish.com. You can easily view your order from the link at the top or bottom of any page. You can create a Free account by clicking the link next to Order Status. With your Free account, you can also save Wish-lists and setup Price Alerts for items you are interested in. Having an account also speeds up purchase time, as your billing or shipping information can be automatically populated on the checkout page if you have entered it beforehand.
