These pots may be used in a commercial atmosphere. Use the Bayou Classic 82 Quart Stainless Steel Stock Pot for boiling for boiling or frying seafood. This stainless steel pot also may be used for large batches of soups and gumbos. All Bayou Classic Stainless Steel Stock Pots are a thicker gauge and grade than most of your stainless steel stock pots. The stainless steel has a grade of 304 and is 20 gauge.
